Fun at adopted Grandma's

OH MY!  What a delicious brunch we enjoyed at Grandma's...Colleen's house.  She made a divine French Toast Casserole with cinnamon raisin bread resting in a bed of caramel sauce.  Yes, you flip it upside down to serve so that bottom layer of caramel drizzles over the French Toast.

And Grandpa....Ted fried up a plateful of bacon....even a piece for me!  It's really true that grandparents love to spoil their grandchildren.

The day turned out to be a good one for me as well as the two-legged.  Whenever they decided to take a break from game playing,

we would go outside for some fresh air and a game of fetch my ball.  I would chase that ball all day long if Momma would let me, but she puts my ball away when my tongue is hanging low.

Ted has a neat set up.  With his balance issues that he is experiencing, he has a neat, foldable scooter and a built with love ramp that their son constructed.  A sweet setup.

No more worries trying to climb the many brick steps to enter the back door.  Let's see, I'm just half his age at 44 years old when you convert my dog age to people age.  I wonder if I'll be hopping up into the back seat of the Ram when I get to be his age?  Better study up on ramp building Dad.  I don't plan to be left behind.
