Did you say you are heading to Twig's?  Is Dad planning on building a fire tonight?  Oh, Twig's has nothing to do with wood but everything to do with bottles.

Floyd Hartwig had heard about the booming bottling business while serving in the Korean War so he decided to send home his paychecks to invest in bottling equipment....and the rest is history. 

Now being carried on by second generation son with wife and third generation grand sons.

The Sun Drop flavor has been a favorite seller over the years.

The museum

and store also allow viewing of bottling in production.

The next stop was a neat antique shop followed by a quilt shop.

And of course the day wasn't over until a game of ball took place....where else...but on the playground that was conveniently located right across the road.

Whew!  That was a great game, Dad.
