I can’t believe they did it.  I mean, they really should know better.

You NEVER interrupt someone when they are setting up or packing up.  But they broke the rule and did it anyway.  Not only did they interrupt, they stayed for the whole packing up process. 

 And the excuse they gave…..’it’ll be months before we see them again.’ 

Robert and Cindy are hitching up and heading to Sydney today

while we will be here for one more night.  So we gave them a good send off.

This bay area has the dramatic tide changes, but the beach isn’t covered with stones as the New Brunswick beach was.  You walk from our site, across the little bridge,

down the hill

and there is the beach.  This beach is wear your old shoes or boots muddy.

 There is even more beach when the tide reaches its lowest point.  They also post the high tide schedule so you don't get caught down on the beach too far from the beach escape route.

Dad decided that today would be a good day for some Chloe spa time.  

I didn't get the full spa treatment.  Just my pedicure on the tailgate of the truck.

The gang decided to head for Spring Hill after lunch.

 Anne Murray was born in Spring Hill, Nova Scotia.  So it is the perfect place for the Anne Murray Center.

This lovely building shares Anne's life from childhood and into her famous singing career.  She was a tomboy, probably because she is the only girl in the family with 5 sibling brothers. 

Her long career earned her many awards and friendships.  

The center is well done with video clips as well as pictures, letters, trophies and other memorabilia.

As luck would have it, the only restaurant open in Spring Hill on a Sunday evening was located right across the road.

Everyone ordered and three people got served with a promise of .,,,yours will be right out.  Guess who was left out

But not for long.... hot fish and chips...made while you wait

And turkey dinner
