Momma says I'm being spoiled here with the great wifi and the lush, green lawn at this campground. I told her she is being spoiled with the 50 amp hook up and the view from the dining table.
And to top it all off, the family that runs this campground are very accommodating and stay on top of the maintenance of the campground.
Yesterday, the gang headed out for what is sometimes referred to as 'the mini cabot trail' but is officially known as the Sunrise Trail.
They took hwy 337 north out of Antigonish and followed the coastline taking a couple of side trips such as into Mahoney's Beach where they found a family getting ready to enter the water.
At other locations along the way, they viewed small houses as well as larger homes, but all seemed to have lovely landscaping.
Momma was surprised at the unique locking system for the washroom stall in the building.
A screw to hold the slider in place. Now do you call that creative or just too lazy to fix properly? They enjoyed beautiful coastline views on their adventure.

The real surprise was the Arisaig Lighthouse. It turned out to be a non functioning, replica lighthouse that functions as
an ice cream stand.
After Death by Chocolate, Sea Salted Caramel and Vanilla ice cream in waffle cones, they stopped into the Lobster Interpretive Center

A well done video of Arisaig fishermen on their boats using traps to capture lobster and sell them at the plant was viewed.
They returned to me with plenty of time left for a game of ball before Dad got out the grill to cook their hamburgers for dinner.
And of course, Aunt Carol brought over my nightly treats when it was time for their nightly card game.
I'm Chloe
