Last day at LInwood

Now this is interesting.  Everyone loaded up in the Ram but me and Uncle Steve.  I guess I'll get to watch out the door window while Uncle Steve washes his rig.

The rest of the gang are running errands in Port Hawkesbury to restock, fuel up and grab some lock nuts for Uncle Steve.  Momma said she was sorry to report back to Uncle Steve that his new favorite store, Canadian Tire, didn't come through for him.  No half inch lock nuts.  The gal said the computer showed they had some in stock, but she was unable to  locate them, so another employee joined the search with no better luck. Kent Building Supply came through with 'stop nuts' the right size.   

This campground has had some interesting campers.  Check out this van with its tip up top.

Or how about these motorcylcist who carry their supplies in a small trailer.

Now that's camping rather then glamping like we do.  I'm sure they don't have a microwave or a clothes washer and dryer with them.  I'll bet they even slept on the ground.  I'm sure glad we have a heater for these cool, early morning temperatures in the low 60's.

Today was a nice day once again.  Great for ball time in the sun with the temperature eeking its way just into the 70's. 

 

After I wore out Auntie Carol, I invited Uncle Steve to toss my ball until it was time for dinner.  My tongue was hanging pretty low by that time.  Definitely a fun afternoon!!
