Are you sure we are still on Eastern Time?

"Momma, why is everyone always asking what time it REALLY is?  I know they all have phones and many have watches." 

"Well, I'm sure glad OUR electronics aren't trying to April Fool US into thinking we have jumped into the Central Time Zone.  It has made people an hour late to some scheduled events.  I realize we are fairly close to the zone change line, but we aren't there yet!"

So after letting those who didn't show up on time for board games this morning at 10 that it wasn't 9:00 and their electronics were April Fooling them, a group of 6 enjoyed playing Fast Track, while others gathered to share stories.

The afternoon was spend playing favorite outdoor games.  The red team got crushed by the blue team: 6-12 at the conclusion of the Bean Bag Baseball game.

I cheered from the sidelines and wished they had let me play.  I'll bet if I had been on that red team, the score would have greatly improved.

But everyone always cheers for everyone....blue and red...and in the end, it's just a game.  But they seem to enjoy hamming it up for the winning photo.

Holey Board and Corn Hole are other favorites that they got out.

I guess they were working up a good appetite for the grilled hotdog dinner....that I wasn't invited to. Louise was the grill master 

And she produced some delicious dogs....hot dogs that is.

that everyone enjoyed along with some side dishes including Peanut Butter Pie for dessert.

With perfect weather and great friends, all in a picturesque setting here at Eastbank Campground, it was another marvelous day.

Tomorrow's adventure will really take us into Central Time as we head for Montgomery, Alabama.  Here's hoping our electronics can keep up with the change.
