Happy Day

Everyone is happy!!  The boys have a project...the campout wouldn't be complete without one.   This project had something to do with the hydrolic fluid leaking out a rear jack on Uncle Steve's rig.  As I understand it, the new O ring seems to have sealed the deal.

Now tell me, how many tool boxes does it take to complete the job.  Obviously, a lot.....

But once the job was completed there was plenty of playtime....for me as well as for everyone else.  But I'm thinking that their 'playtime' was a tad more filling as they got to fill their bellies with some smokin' good meat.

This place is only open 3 days a week, but they do a whopping business between all the take out orders as well as the dine in orders.

Everyone brought a take out box of leftovers home.  No, not a doggie bag....it was definitely PEOPLE leftovers as I didn't even get a good sniff.  By the way everyone was waddling home, I think they had plenty of food to enjoy....and they are already making plans to return next week!

They had an early dinner to avoid the crowd so they slipped away in the evening to Sweet Tooth for ice cream.  What a life!!

With 8 at the table, there was a real ruckus going on. 

It seems that Julie has become the Dirty Uno Joker Queen...and NOBODY wants to sit next to her and load up their hand with cards every time she lays one of those jokers down causing the next person to draw 5 cards.  Everyone decided she had to be manufacturing Jokers.  One person couldn't possibly play so many in one hand....hand after hand.  As it turned out, the hosts, Momma and Dad were the big time loosers....Momma on the first night and Dad on the second.  Does that make them 'gracious hosts?
