Another day with friends in Thomasville

With three new arrivals today, our group is now at 11 rigs.  What a GREAT group of friends....especially seeing as someone is always ready to toss my frisbee for me or play jug toss.  And I was ready to play by the time Momma and Dad had returned from running their morning errands in Thomasville visiting the pharmacy to snag a prescription, the grocery to snag some food items, Tractor Supply to snag some additional dog treats and some fire wood and finally the auto parts store to keep our Ram in tip top running shape.  It might have been a busy morning for them but it was b o r i n g for me.  Yup, thank goodness for my dog loving fellow travelers who love to play with me.

  I am really blessed and enjoyed a delightful, playful afternoon!!

Now tell me, don't you think it is a tad unfair that Momma and Dad and their two legged friends get to enjoy a variety of meals while I get the same old dog food every day?  Tonight they headed into downtown Thomasville to enjoy dinner at 

Everyone was raving about their great meal at Jonah's.

They arrived just before the doors opened at 5pm to be sure all 19 of us could be seated at two large tables.

Momma and Dad had the pleasure of the company of new friends as they carpooled to dinner.  Meet Vickie and Jim with Bella

After dinner, Dad took the scenic route thru Thomasville past the Old Oak Tree...and I mean OLD as in 337 years old.

The long, far reaching branches are cabled to give them support.

Of course the day at the campground ended in typical camping style sitting around the campfire.
