Hot Springs

Treasure Isle RV Park site A3

Hot Springs, Arkansas

Wow!  Arkansas roads can certainly use some improvement.  Lots of bumps and bouncing in the seat on this trip.  I wonder if all that bouncing and bumping had anything to do with the fifth wheel parked on the opposite side of the road with the nose totally burnt out.  Somehow they got the truck unhooked and the damage seemed to be contained to the nose extension area.  It sure did have the traffic backed up for miles and miles.  Good thing we were heading in the opposite direction.

So here we are parked on a wonderful site with loads of shade and elbow room....neighbors aren't very close at all....on a nice clean cement slab

with great power (no turning off one device in order to turn on another), cable TV, full (3 way) hookup and a grassy, partial shaded backyard as we are on an end row.  We were greeted with a friendlly smile and 'let me know if there is anything we can do for you'.  They even have daily site trash pickup, dog park and a pool.  And it's the same rate as our last stop with the contactless entry. poor power, tall grasss, lots of road dust and the only amenity ...the river view.

But I want you to know, the squirrels here are RUDE!!  I was looking out the door glass

 and there he was
right there by my door, eating a snack...right in front of me.  And then he turned that fluffy, long tail toward me and said, 'let's see your tail'.  Everyone knows I just have a little nub.  The nerve of that squirrel.  Yep, he was RUDE!!  I'll bet he can't run and catch a ball like I can though.  Come on Dad!  Let's go show him a thing or two about fetch.

I'm Chloe
