Ozark View RV site 26
Omaha, Arkansas
Well, I have to admit today was b o r i n g. Momma and Dad brought breakfast out to the picnic table and never shared a morsel. Boring!! It was refreshing to have temps in the low 70's to begin the day though. Momma almost contemplated a light jacket.
Momma had the clothes washer cranked up and was puttering in the kitchen making potato salad and a batch of double chocolate cookies. Really Momma, chocolate?? You know I can't have chocolate. Dad got out the vac and cleaned the inside of the RAM. Boring!!
The only good part of the day was when it was coffee break and Dad dug into my treat stash for some of those mini trail mix bones. Hey, let's not be stingy today. I was a good girl all morning waiting for you to finish your chores. I think that calls for a big handful. Besides, you won't be sharing any cookies with me....fudgy, rich double chocolate cookies are on my banned list you know.
I didn't even get to play with the water hose when the outside of the Ram was washed. You could have parked closer to my rope or made my lead longer so I could have gotten in the water stream. The sun would have dried me quickly. You don't need to towel me off like you do the truck.
Yep, it has been a boring day. I didn't even get to go to the Farmer's Market.
No one even played with me and my new green frog. Talk about some L O N G legs. Just check out my frog.
But it's boring playing by myself.
At least I got to spend the majority of the day outside in the fresh air.
Tomorrow we will slide up the road in our shiny, clean truck and glistening rig as we head for Saint Charles, Missouri with our tank full of $5.09 a gallon diesel fuel.
Catch you down the road....
I'm Chloe
