Dad said he had thougths of visiting the AirStream factory while here in Wapakoneta but those thoughts quickly turned to tires and AC units.  The morning was spent rounding up a new tire and having it mounted so the spare could go back on the hanger under the rig.  Mission accomplished, project completed and ready to roll.

The afternoon amazingly enough brought us..playmates for me??  No, just a service van...right to our site.  Are you sure you don't want to play ball or frisbee guys?

Dad had just called in the morning following a recommendation from one of the work campers he was chatting with.  The recommendation included a statement of 'they do great work but they are a bit expensive'.  But for same day service at our site, it was worth the 'a bit expensive'.

Yikes...a hole in the bedroom ceiling.

Does this mean my boudoir will be comfy cool once again for napping while you are away?

It definitely would have been a cheaper experience at the Airstream factory but not near as 'cool' an experience on a daily basis as the new AC unit in the bedroom.  And now we actually have something under warranty once again.  

The unit that had lost its freon was a Dometic 13500 BTU.  We now own a Furrion 15500 BTU unit that Gordy promised we would love for many years.  Hey, if it lasts nearly 9 years as the old unit, Dad will be grinning for years to come.

So Momma was counting up and she came up with 3:  New toilet, New AC, New tire.  Yep, we've got our set of 3 so we should be done for a while.
