Back home for a bit

Back home for a bit

You may have noticed that it has been a while since I have written.  There is a very good reason for that.  Dad has been a computer hog.
Isn't it my turn yet?
What do you mean it's not my turn and I may never get a turn with my dirty paws?  I can't believe you'd say that to me.
Well, that may very well be true as I LOVE playing outside.  Check out the dog park at the campground.
We just spent a LONG (Tuesday - Sunday) weekend in Bushnell at Red Oaks RV Resort with our Golden Triangle Sams Chapter friends.  They spent a bit of time outside and some even fixed dinner over the coals using pie irons.

I also enjoy being outside, relaxing and chilling out and resting up after a game of Frisbee.

As you all know, Momma LOVES to play games....card games, board games.  I've been trying to learn a few of the games myself but I seem to be having a slight problem holding the cards.  They really don't fit in my paws.....so.....I tried holding them with my teeth.
Boy did that get everyone excited!!  I thought I had jeopardized my chance of ever receiving another cookie bone treat for the rest of my life.  But it seems I have been forgiven and the treats are still rolling my way.  I sure do enjoy a good chew on my rawhide bone.
I can pull the knot off the end in no time.  After all, I'm a year old now and super smart.  And you may ask, how did I get so smart?  Well, let me give you an example.  Let's say you want to know how a razor blade in a handle works.  Now, this isn't for everyone...as you have to be very careful not to cut yourself, which I was very careful ....not so much as a scratch.  If you work at it with dexterity, you can dismantle and investigate and satisfy your curiosity.
Right now, we have an extra rig in our yard.  Steve and Carol kissed their old Class A goodbye
 and

now own a gorgeous fiver....that's short for 5th Wheel rig.
Dad and Steve are upgrading the brakes to disc brakes and making a few personal modifications to fit their needs.  I'm not sure Steve likes visiting here as we have a long driveway to back into, but he says he can use a bit of practice turning the truck wheel in the right direction to move the fiver in the proper direction.  I think he about has it mastered....and not a scratch along the way!!!  Way to go Steve!!!
I have found that I can stand in the waterfall and wash my toes after digging into the turf during a good game of 'catch the Frisbee'.

So now it's MY turn to get on the computer and share an update or two after a quick nap of course.......
I'm Chloe
